Terms of service

By hiring Hogan’s Handyman Services, you agree to the following terms:

• All project estimates are based on the scope discussed at the time of quoting.
• Any additional work requested beyond the original scope may result in additional charges.
• Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring clear access to the work area prior to service.
• Hogan’s Handyman Services is not responsible for pre-existing structural issues or hidden damage discovered during the project.

We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
